I’ve been there…

If you’re feeling frustrated and stuck, overwhelmed and procrastinating… if you’re unclear about who you are and what you offer, I can tell you I have been where you are now…

Something was wrong.

Right out of high school, my subterranean self-esteem kept me from even applying for colleges. I had no idea who I was, what I liked, let alone what I wanted…

With the help of therapists, shamans & astrologers my identity began to emerge, and astrology played a key role. There was something comforting about finding the truth of who I was in a book… It gave me the courage to face my challenges because I was born with the tools to grow beyond them!

I couldn’t have done it alone…

Know this: the book learning was powerful, but it was the people I worked with who enabled my greatest awareness. As I wrote in my article “When is “Self-Help” Procrastination?”, all of areas of brokenness start with our inability to relate. We simply cannot heal alone: healing comes through working with others. Period.

I finally graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Hunter College. I have written two feature length screenplays, and have written and directed three short films (the last shot on 35mm, appeared in three NYC film festivals, and won “Best Narrative Short”).

My curiosity about… everything has led me to study astrology (since 16!), Co-Active coaching (certified with CTI in 2010), Life Between Lives, reincarnation, tarot, the iChing, and shamanic practices with world renowned Yogis, Astrologers, Shamans, Psychologists & Quantum Physicists.

Concurrent with my esoteric studies, I was an Information Technology professional for over 20 years. I led teams of up to 75 members at medical conventions in the US & Canada. I’ve been in the corporate world and have been an entrepreneur for over 15 years.
